USA Returns (within 30 days): Full refund, including standard shipping, if the item is defective or not as described and returned in new condition.

Used Items: Not accepted unless defective/not as described and returned within 30 days in like‑new condition.

Unwanted/Unused Items: Customer pays all shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee applies to “changed‑mind” returns.

International Returns: Customer pays all shipping costs for any return.

Batteries: No returns if the protective wrap has been removed.

No Returns After 30 Days or on discontinued items.

Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 3 days to Sniper Hog Lights and the carrier.
Replacements

Defective on Arrival (USA): We cover shipping both ways.

International: Customer pays shipping both ways.

Replacements ship using the same method as the original order unless the customer pays for an upgrade.

Refunds typically take 2–3 weeks, including transit time, return processing, and bank processing.
