Returns Policy

Please contact us first before returning any item.
Any Item ordered from Sniper Hog lights and shipped to the USA can be returned for a full refund including normal shipping cost if the item is not how it was described on our website or is defective as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase and it is returned in new condition. We do not take returns on used items unless  the item is not as described on our website and is less then 30 days from date of being received but the item needs to be in like new condition.  If the item  is unused it can be returned even if it was as described on our website but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us and our shipping cost to the customer. We also have a 5% restocking/handling fee on returned products that are returned because the customer changed their mind. On all items returned outside of the USA , the customer is responsible for all shipping cost regardless of why it's being returned. We do not take returns on used batteries, a battery is considered used if the clear protective plastic wrap is removed from the battery.

No Items can be returned for a refund after 30 days regardless if the item is used or not .  We will not refund the shipping cost on Next day air or 2nd day air orders. Any product damaged during shipping must have a file claimed by the buyer with Sniper Hog Lights and the shipping company(UPS or USPS) within 3 days of the buyer receiving it.

If returning a product that is defective on arrival for replacement, we will pay the shipping to return it to us and pay for the shipping back to the customer in the USA. Outside the USA, the customer must pay for the shipping both ways. If for any reason there is a problem with the order when you receive it and we need to send you a replacement, we will ship the replacement with the same type of shipping the original order had. For example, if your order shipped using Priority mail, the replacement parts will be sent by priority mail. The only way we will upgrade the shipping to a faster service is if the customer is willing to pay for the upgraded service.  Please note that on all orders outside the USA, the customer will be responsible for paying the replacement shipping.  We do check every light order to make sure our customers don't get defective products but every once in a while one slips through.
Any other reason we will need to know the reason first before we can tell you what the refund amount will be.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or outside the Continental USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our system does not estimate for Holidays or Saturday's so you will need to add those days into the estimate.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Please note that all our UPS and USPS shipping times are only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. UPS is very good at delivering by the estimated date while USPS is not. We don't have Saturday delivery for UPS Next day air or 2nd day air so if you order with next day air on Thursday after 2:00pm or on Friday before 2:00pm, Next day air wont be delivered until Monday, 2nd day air until Tuesday. USPS delivers on Saturdays. Any order placed before 10am CST shipped by USPS will be shipped the same day if it's a business day. Orders placed after 10am shipped by USPS will more then likely be shipped the next business day. Any order placed before 2:00pm shipped by UPS will be shipped the same day if it's a business day, orders after 2pm will ship the next business if we can't get them out that day. UPS shipping choices are Ground, 3 day Select, 2nd day air and Next day air.

Please note that on international orders, the UPS shipping time estimate is only a estimate and We do not guarantee any of these times but UPS is pretty good at meeting the estimated time or close to it. Customer is responsible for all customs taxes and duty fee's.

On all international orders, if you receive a defective product, we will send you a new replacement for free in most cases but the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and any tax and duty fee's of the replacement. We do everything we can to make sure this doesn't happen but it can happen. If you don't agree to this policy, please don't order from us.

Return for repair.

Always contact us first at or call us at 916-276-1385 9am-5pm CST Monday-Friday.  In the USA, Any item that needs repair that is less then 30 days from the item being received, we will pay for the shipping cost to us and back to the customer. Any item that is past 30 days, the customer pays the return shipping cost to us and we will pay the shipping cost back to the customer.  International customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
